Within Royal Park it hosts a wide selection of different grass species including, Rytidosperma Geniculatum(Oxley Wallaby)
, Anthosachne Scabra(Native Wheat Grass) and also Astrebla Lappacea(Curly Mitchell Grass)

Personal Note:
About the grass throughout Royal Park, I've noted that while walking around and through the grass circle it's close to a sea of vibrant yellow
and it serves also as a good juxtaposition to some of the more simple green grass. That you see in the city and elsewhere in the park.
Looking through the Master Plan for Royal Park you'll see that some of the aspirations that they have, which are to: Increase the quality of the biodiversity in areas of the park.
Explore the active restoration of local extinct flora and fauna species within the biolink corridor. Some of their actions they will take to achieve this are:
The development of a comprehensive vegetation management plan for all aspects of the park, also explore opportunities to bring water to the surface to establish and support a healthy ecosystem.
